123 Taxi & Tours Hurghada will use reasonable care and skill when providing the booking services to you. 

Estimated travel times for your journey are for guidance only.  It is your responsibility to allow sufficient time for the journey and you should allow additional time for delays and unexpected occurrences where the journey is important, especially if onward connections and/or appointments may be missed.

When placing your booking request, you must order a suitable vehicle(s) for the number of passengers and luggage.  We cannot guarantee to carry excessive amounts of luggage. If you select the incorrect vehicle, against our advice, your driver will not transport you to your destination if the vehicle you have selected is too small. The driver’s discretion on this matter is final. If this occurs we will not refund any payment you have made. 

If you or one of your party is a passenger in a wheelchair please specify this when placing your booking request. Please note we do not have vehicles that allow passengers to remain in their wheelchairs whilst travelling. Wheelchairs must be able to be folded and you should take account of them when thinking about luggage space.

Seatbelts should be worn at all times.

Children

For health and safety reasons 123 Taxi & Tours Hurghada are unable to provide any form of child seat. If you require a child seat for your journey it would be the child’s parent/carers responsibility to provide one and to fit the seat in the vehicle and to secure the child. 

Please note that a child, no matter what age, counts as one passenger. No child over the age of 4 years old may sit on the lap of an adult during the journey.

All children must remain in their seats and wear a seatbelt for the duration of the journey. You are responsible for the behaviour of your children in the vehicle at all times.

Airport transfers

For journeys that originate from an airport, you must provide us with the full details of your flight at the time of booking. This includes the airport terminal that you arrive or depart from. 123 Taxi & Tours Hurghada is not responsible for identifying which airport terminal you need. 

Once you arrive at the airport you must wait for your driver in the pickup location that was shared with you after you made your booking. 

Group bus tours

Group bus tours require a minimum number of travelers. If the minimum number of passengers isn’t met your the tour will be cancelled. If your tour is cancelled for this reason you will be offered a different date or a full refund.

Travel permit

At the time of booking, we will inform you if a travel permit is required for a transfer and tour. If a travel permit is required you are responsible for providing all of the requested documents at least 24 hours before your travel date. 

For your travel permit we need a photo of these documents for all passengers:

• Photo page of all passports
• Entry stamp in all passports (showing full page in passport)
• Entry visa if you needed one
• PCR test certificate or test receipt from Hurghada Airport
• Your accommodation booking in Hurghada.

If you are booking a oneway transfer to another city we will also need a copy of your accommodation booking in that city. All accommodation bookings must show the name of at least one of the adult travellers.

Cancellations

We know that travel plans may change and we will do our best to update your booking if required. This may require an additional charge, depending on the changes made. 

Cancellation terms are clearly shown when you make your booking using our online booking service, provided by Bokun. These same terms apply to all bookings that we have issued an invoice for.

A cancellation fee of 100.0% is charged if cancelled 2 day(s) or less before the date of all tours or transfers.

If our ability to provide our booking services to you is affected by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be responsible for delays caused by the event but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any services you have paid for but not received.

We will use your data for the purposes of booking your tour or transfer.

Please note that we are aware that some foreign currency platinum card holders do incur high charges when paying in GBP.  We recommend that you always check your card charges and exchange rate before you book.
